err <2CH33 -9> So Manasseh made Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem to {err}, [and] to do worse than the heathen, whom the LORD had destroyed before the children of Israel. err Forty years long was I grieved with [this] generation, and said, It [is] a people that do {err} in their heart, and they have not known my ways: err Thou hast rebuked the proud [that are] cursed, which do {err} from thy commandments. err Thou hast trodden down all them that {err} from thy statutes: for their deceit [is] falsehood. err Do they not {err} that devise evil? but mercy and truth [shall be] to them that devise good. err Cease, my son, to hear the instruction [that causeth] to {err} from the words of knowledge. err As for] my people, children [are] their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause [thee] to {err}, and destroy the way of thy paths. err For the leaders of this people cause [them] to {err}; and [they that are] led of them [are] destroyed. err The LORD hath mingled a perverse spirit in the midst thereof: and they have caused Egypt to {err} in every work thereof, as a drunken [man] staggereth in his vomit. err But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they {err} in visio n, they stumble [in] judgment. err And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and [there shall be] a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing [them] to {err}. err And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it [shall be] for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not {err} [therein]. err O LORD, why hast thou made us to {err} from thy ways, [and] hardened our heart from thy fear? Return for thy servants' sake, the tribes of thine inheritance. err And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria; they prophesied in Baal, and caused my people Israel to {err}. err Behold, I [am] against them that prophesy false dreams, saith the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to {err} by their lies, and by their lightness; yet I sent them not, nor commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this peo ple at all, saith the LORD. err My people ask counsel at their stocks, and their staff declareth unto them: for the spirit of whoredoms hath caused [them] to {err}, and they have gone a whoring from under their God. err Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away [the punishment] thereof; because they have despised the law of the LORD, and have not kept his commandments, and their lies caused them to {err}, aft er the which their fathers have walked: err Thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that make my people {err}, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him. err Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do {err}, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. err And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore {err}, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God? err He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly {err}. err Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway {err} in their] heart; and they have not known my ways. err Do not {err}, my beloved brethren. err Brethren, if any of you do {err} from the truth, and one convert him;
