drive Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou
see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he
let them go, and with a strong hand shall he {drive} them out of
his land.

drive And I will send hornets before thee, which
shall {drive} out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite,
from before thee.

drive I will not {drive} them out from before thee
in one year; lest the land become desolate, and the beast of the
field multiply against thee.

drive By little and little I will {drive} them out
from before thee, until thou be increased, and inherit the land.

drive And I will set thy bounds from the Red sea
even unto the sea of the Philistines, and from the desert unto
the river: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into
your hand; and thou shalt {drive} them out before thee.

drive And I will send an angel before thee; and I
will {drive} out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite,
and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:

drive Observe thou that which I command thee this
day: behold, I {drive} out before thee the Amorite, and the
Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite,
and the Jebusite.

drive Come now therefore, I pray thee, curse me this
people; for they [are] too mighty for me: peradventure I shall
prevail, [that] we may smite them, and [that] I may {drive} them
out of the land: for I wot that he whom thou blessest [is] bles

sed, and he whom thou cursest is cursed.

drive Behold, [there is] a people come out of Egypt,
which covereth the face of the earth: come now, curse me them;
peradventure I shall be able to overcome them, and {drive} them
out.

drive Then ye shall {drive} out all the inhabitants
of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and
destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their
high places:

drive But if ye will not {drive} out the inhabitants
of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that
those which ye let remain of them [shall be] pricks in your eyes,
and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherei

n ye dwell.

drive To {drive} out nations from before thee greater
and mightier than thou [art], to bring thee in, to give thee
their land [for] an inheritance, as [it is] this day.

drive Understand therefore this day, that the LORD thy
God [is] he which goeth over before thee; [as] a consuming fire
he shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy
face: so shalt thou {drive} them out, and destroy them quickly,

as the LORD hath said unto thee.

drive Speak not thou in thine heart, after that the
LORD thy God hath cast them out from before thee, saying, For my
righteousness the LORD hath brought me in to possess this land:
but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD doth {drive} th

em out from before thee.

drive Not for thy righteousness, or for the
uprightness of thine heart, dost thou go to possess their land:
but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD thy God doth
{drive} them out from before thee, and that he may perform the
word which t

he LORD sware unto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

drive Then will the LORD {drive} out all these
nations from before you, and ye shall possess greater nations
and mightier than yourselves.

drive For all that do these things [are] an
abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the
LORD thy God doth {drive} them out from before thee.

drive And Joshua said, Hereby ye shall know that the
living God [is] among you, and [that] he will without fail
{drive} out from before you the Canaanites, and the Hittites,
and the Hivites, and the Perizzites, and the Girgashites, and
the Amor

ites, and the Jebusites.

drive All the inhabitants of the hill country from
Lebanon unto Misrephothmaim, [and] all the Sidonians, them will
I {drive} out from before the children of Israel: only divide
thou it by lot unto the Israelites for an inheritance, as I have
co

mmanded thee.

drive Now therefore give me this mountain, whereof
the LORD spake in that day; for thou heardest in that day how
the Anakims [were] there, and [that] the cities [were] great
[and] fenced: if so be the LORD [will be] with me, then I shall
be ab

le to {drive} them out, as the LORD said.

drive As for the Jebusites the inhabitants of
Jerusalem, the children of Judah could not {drive} them out: but
the Jebusites dwell with the children of Judah at Jerusalem unto
this day.

drive Yet the children of Manasseh could not {drive}
out [the inhabitants of] those cities; but the Canaanites would
dwell in that land.

drive Yet it came to pass, when the children of
Israel were waxen strong, that they put the Canaanites to
tribute; but did not utterly {drive} them out.

drive But the mountain shall be thine; for it [is] a
wood, and thou shalt cut it down: and the outgoings of it shall
be thine: for thou shalt {drive} out the Canaanites, though they
have iron chariots, [and] though they [be] strong.

drive And the LORD your God, he shall expel them from
before you, and {drive} them from out of your sight; and ye
shall possess their land, as the LORD your God hath promised
unto you.

drive Know for a certainty that the LORD your God
will no more {drive} out [any of] these nations from before you;
but they shall be snares and traps unto you, and scourges in
your sides, and thorns in your eyes, until ye perish from off
this

good land which the LORD your God hath given you.

drive And the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out
[the inhabitants of] the mountain; but could not {drive} out the
inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron.

drive And the children of Benjamin did not {drive}
out the Jebusites that inhabited Jerusalem; but the Jebusites
dwell with the children of Benjamin in Jerusalem unto this day.

drive Neither did Manasseh {drive} out [the
inhabitants of] Bethshean and her towns, nor Taanach and her
towns, nor the inhabitants of Dor and her towns, nor the
inhabitants of Ibleam and her towns, nor the inhabitants of
Megiddo and her towns:

but the Canaanites would dwell in that land.

drive And it came to pass, when Israel was strong,
that they put the Canaanites to tribute, and did not utterly
{drive} them out.

drive Neither did Ephraim {drive} out the Canaanites
that dwelt in Gezer; but the Canaanites dwelt in Gezer among
them.

drive Neither did Zebulun {drive} out the inhabitants
of Kitron, nor the inhabitants of Nahalol; but the Canaanites
dwelt among them, and became tributaries.

drive Neither did Asher {drive} out the inhabitants
of Accho, nor the inhabitants of Zidon, nor of Ahlab, nor of
Achzib, nor of Helbah, nor of Aphik, nor of Rehob:

drive But the Asherites dwelt among the Canaanites,
the inhabitants of the land: for they did not {drive} them out.

drive Neither did Naphtali {drive} out the
inhabitants of Bethshemesh, nor the inhabitants of Bethanath;
but he dwelt among the Canaanites, the inhabitants of the land:
nevertheless the inhabitants of Bethshemesh and of Bethanath
became tributa

ries unto them.

drive Wherefore I also said, I will not {drive} them
out from before you; but they shall be [as thorns] in your sides,
and their gods shall be a snare unto you.

drive I also will not henceforth {drive} out any from
before them of the nations which Joshua left when he died:

drive Wilt not thou possess that which Chemosh thy
god giveth thee to possess? So whomsoever the LORD our God shall
{drive} out from before us, them will we possess.

drive <2KI4 -24> Then she saddled an ass, and said to her
servant, {Drive}, and go forward; slack not [thy] riding for me,
except I bid thee.

drive <2CH20 -7> Art] not thou our God, [who] didst {drive} out
the inhabitants of this land before thy people Israel, and
gavest it to the seed of Abraham thy friend for ever?

drive Terrors shall make him afraid on every side,
and shall {drive} him to his feet.

drive They {drive} away the ass of the fatherless,
they take the widow's ox for a pledge.

drive How] thou didst {drive} out the heathen with
thy hand, and plantedst them; [how] thou didst afflict the
people, and cast them out.

drive As smoke is driven away, [so] {drive} [them]
away: as wax melteth before the fire, [so] let the wicked perish
at the presence of God.

drive Foolishness [is] bound in the heart of a child;
[but] the rod of correction shall {drive} it far from him.

drive And I will {drive} thee from thy station, and
from thy state shall he pull thee down.

drive And I will deliver them to be removed into all
the kingdoms of the earth for [their] hurt, [to be] a reproach
and a proverb, a taunt and a curse, in all places whither I
shall {drive} them.

drive For they prophesy a lie unto you, to remove
you far from your land; and that I should {drive} you out, and
ye should perish.

drive For I have not sent them, saith the LORD, yet
they prophesy a lie in my name; that I might {drive} you out,
and that ye might perish, ye, and the prophets that prophesy
unto you.

drive Why are thy valiant [men] swept away? they
stood not, because the LORD did {drive} them.

drive And the LORD said, Even thus shall the children
of Israel eat their defiled bread among the Gentiles, whither I
will {drive} them.

drive That they shall {drive} thee from men, and thy
dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall
make thee to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the
dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee, till thou

know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth
it to whomsoever he will.

drive And they shall {drive} thee from men, and thy
dwelling [shall be] with the beasts of the field: they shall
make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over
thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom
of m

en, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.

drive All their wickedness [is] in Gilgal: for there
I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will {drive}
them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their
princes [are] revolters.

drive But I will remove far off from you the northern
[army], and will {drive} him into a land barren and desolate,
with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward
the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour
sh

all come up, because he hath done great things.

drive For Gaza shall be forsaken, and Ashkelon a
desolation: they shall {drive} out Ashdod at the noon day, and
Ekron shall be rooted up.

drive And when the ship was caught, and could not
bear up into the wind, we let her] {drive}.
