heir And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no
seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine {heir}.

heir And, behold, the word of the LORD [came] unto
him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall
come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine {heir}.

heir And, behold, the word of the LORD [came] unto
him, saying, This shall not be thine {heir}; but he that shall
come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir.

heir Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this
bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not
be {heir} with my son, [even] with Isaac.

heir <2SA14 -7> And, behold, the whole family is risen against
thine handmaid, and they said, Deliver him that smote his
brother, that we may kill him, for the life of his brother whom
he slew; and we will destroy the {heir} also: and so they shall
quench

my coal which is left, and shall not leave to my husband
[neither] name nor remainder upon the earth.

heir For an odious [woman] when she is married; and
an handmaid that is {heir} to her mistress.

heir Concerning the Ammonites, thus saith the LORD;
Hath Israel no sons? hath he no {heir}? why [then] doth their
king inherit Gad, and his people dwell in his cities?

heir Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD,
that I will cause an alarm of war to be heard in Rabbah of the
Ammonites; and it shall be a desolate heap, and her daughters
shall be burned with fire: then shall Israel be {heir} unto them

that were his heirs, saith the LORD.

heir Yet will I bring an {heir} unto thee, O
inhabitant of Mareshah: he shall come unto Adullam the glory of
Israel.

heir But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said
among themselves, This is the {heir}; come, let us kill him, and
let us seize on his inheritance.

heir But those husbandmen said among themselves, This
is the {heir}; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance shall
be ours.

heir But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned
among themselves, saying, This is the {heir}: come, let us kill
him, that the inheritance may be ours.

heir For the promise, that he should be the {heir} of
the world, was] not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law,
but through the righteousness of faith.

heir Now I say, That] the {heir}, as long as he is a
child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of
all;

heir Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son;
and if a son, then an {heir} of God through Christ.

heir Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out
the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall
not be {heir} with the son of the freewoman.

heir Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his]
Son, whom he hath appointed {heir} of all things, by whom also
he made the worlds;

heir By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not
seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of
his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became
{heir} of the righteousness which is by faith.
