portions They shall have like {portions} to eat,
beside

that which cometh of the sale of his patrimony.

portions And there fell ten {portions} to Manasseh,

beside the land of Gilead and Bashan, which [were] on the other
side

Jordan;

portions <1SA1 -4> And when the time was that Elkanah offered, he

gave to Peninnah his wife, and to all her sons and her daughters,

chambers for the treasures, for the offerings, for the
firstfruits,

and for the tithes, to gather into them out of the fields of the

cities the {portions} of the law for the priests and Le

vites: for Judah rejoiced for the priests and for the Levites
that

waited.

portions And all Israel in the days of Zerubbabel,
and

in the days of Nehemiah, gave the {portions} of the singers and
the

porters, every day his portion: and they sanctified [holy things]

unto the Levites; and the Levites sanctified [them] un

to the children of Aaron.

portions And I perceived that the {portions} of the

Levites had not been given [them]: for the Levites and the
singers,

that did the work, were fled every one to his field.

portions Therefore the Jews of the villages, that
dwelt

in the unwalled towns, made the fourteenth day of the month Adar
[a

day of] gladness and feasting, and a good day, and of sending

{portions} one to another.

portions As the days wherein the Jews rested from
their

enemies, and the month which was turned unto them from sorrow to

joy, and from mourning into a good day: that they should make
them

days of feasting and joy, and of sending {portions} one

to another, and gifts to the poor.

portions And a [portion shall be] for the prince on
the

one side and on the other side of the oblation of the holy

[portion], and of the possession of the city, before the
oblation of

the holy [portion], and before the possession of the city, f

rom the west side westward, and from the east side eastward: and
the

length [shall be] over against one of the {portions}, from the
west

border unto the east border.

portions Thus saith the Lord GOD; This [shall be] the

border, whereby ye shall inherit the land according to the twelve

tribes of Israel: Joseph [shall have two] {portions}.

portions And the residue [shall be] for the prince,
on

the one side and on the other of the holy oblation, and of the

possession of the city, over against the five and twenty
thousand of

the oblation toward the east border, and westward over a

gainst the five and twenty thousand toward the west border, over

against the {portions} for the prince: and it shall be the holy

oblation; and the sanctuary of the house [shall be] in the midst

thereof.

portions This [is] the land which ye shall divide by
lot

unto the tribes of Israel for inheritance, and these [are] their

{portions}, saith the Lord GOD.

portions They have dealt treacherously against the
LORD:

for they have begotten strange children: now shall a month devour

them with their {portions}.
