pound <1KI10 -17> And [he made] three hundred shields [of] beaten

gold; three {pound} of gold went to one shield: and the king put

them in the house of the forest of Lebanon.



pound They gave after their ability unto the treasure

the work threescore and one thousand drams of gold, and five

thousand {pound} of silver, and one hundred priests' garments.



pound And [some] of the chief of the fathers gave to
the

treasure of the work twenty thousand drams of gold, and two
thousand

and two hundred {pound} of silver.



pound And [that] which the rest of the people gave
[was]

twenty thousand drams of gold, and two thousand {pound} of
silver,

and threescore and seven priests' garments.



pound Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy {pound}

hath gained ten pounds.



pound And the second came, saying, Lord, thy {pound}

hath gained five pounds.



pound And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here
is]

thy {pound}, which I have kept laid up in a napkin:



pound And he said unto them that stood by, Take from
him

the {pound}, and give it] to him that hath ten pounds.



pound Then took Mary a {pound} of ointment of
spikenard,

very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet
with

her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the
ointment.



pound And there came also Nicodemus, which at the
first

came to Jesus by night, and brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes,

about an hundred {pound} weight].
