tribes Dan shall judge his people, as one of the

{tribes} of Israel.

tribes All these [are] the twelve {tribes} of Israel:

and this [is it] that their father spake unto them, and blessed

them; every one according to his blessing he blessed them.

tribes And Moses wrote all the words of the LORD, and

rose up early in the morning, and builded an altar under the
hill,

and twelve pillars, according to the twelve {tribes} of Israel.

tribes And the stones shall be with the names of the

children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, [like] the

engravings of a signet; every one with his name shall they be

according to the twelve {tribes}.

tribes And the stones [were] according to the names
of

the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, [like]
the

engravings of a signet, every one with his name, according to the

twelve {tribes}.

tribes These [were] the renowned of the congregation,

princes of the {tribes} of their fathers, heads of thousands in

Israel.

tribes That the princes of Israel, heads of the house
of

their fathers, who [were] the princes of the {tribes}, and were
over

them that were numbered, offered:

tribes And Balaam lifted up his eyes, and he saw
Israel

abiding [in his tents] according to their {tribes}; and the
spirit

of God came upon him.

tribes Notwithstanding the land shall be divided by
lot:

according to the names of the {tribes} of their fathers they
shall

inherit.

tribes And Moses spake unto the heads of the {tribes}

concerning the children of Israel, saying, This [is] the thing
which

the LORD hath commanded.

tribes Of every tribe a thousand, throughout all the

{tribes} of Israel, shall ye send to the war.

tribes So concerning them Moses commanded Eleazar the

priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the chief fathers of the

{tribes} of the children of Israel:

tribes And ye shall divide the land by lot for an

inheritance among your families: [and] to the more ye shall give
the

more inheritance, and to the fewer ye shall give the less

inheritance: every man's [inheritance] shall be in the place
where

his lot falleth; according to the {tribes} of your fathers ye
shall

inherit.

tribes And Moses commanded the children of Israel,

saying, This [is] the land which ye shall inherit by lot, which
the

LORD commanded to give unto the nine {tribes}, and to the half

tribe:

tribes The two {tribes} and the half tribe have
received

their inheritance on this side Jordan [near] Jericho eastward,

toward the sunrising.

tribes And if they be married to any of the sons of
the

[other] {tribes} of the children of Israel, then shall their

inheritance be taken from the inheritance of our fathers, and
shall

be put to the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are r

eceived: so shall it be taken from the lot of our inheritance.

tribes Neither shall the inheritance remove from [one]

tribe to another tribe; but every one of the {tribes} of the

children of Israel shall keep himself to his own inheritance.

tribes Take you wise men, and understanding, and known

among your {tribes}, and I will make them rulers over you.

tribes So I took the chief of your {tribes}, wise men,

and known, and made them heads over you, captains over thousands,

and captains over hundreds, and captains over fifties, and
captains

over tens, and officers among your tribes.

tribes So I took the chief of your tribes, wise men,
and

known, and made them heads over you, captains over thousands, and

captains over hundreds, and captains over fifties, and captains
over

tens, and officers among your {tribes}.

tribes And it came to pass, when ye heard the voice
out

of the midst of the darkness, (for the mountain did burn with
fire,)

that ye came near unto me, [even] all the heads of your {tribes},

and your elders;

tribes But unto the place which the LORD your God
shall

choose out of all your {tribes} to put his name there, [even]
unto

his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come:

tribes But in the place which the LORD shall choose
in

one of thy {tribes}, there thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings,
and

there thou shalt do all that I command thee.

tribes Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in
all

thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy

{tribes}: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.

tribes For the LORD thy God hath chosen him out of all

thy {tribes}, to stand to minister in the name of the LORD, him
and

his sons for ever.

tribes Ye stand this day all of you before the LORD
your

God; your captains of your {tribes}, your elders, and your
officers,

[with] all the men of Israel,

tribes And the LORD shall separate him unto evil out
of

all the {tribes} of Israel, according to all the curses of the

covenant that are written in this book of the law:

tribes Gather unto me all the elders of your
{tribes},

and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears,
and

call heaven and earth to record against them.

tribes And he was king in Jeshurun, when the heads of
the

people [and] the {tribes} of Israel were gathered together.

tribes Now therefore take you twelve men out of the

{tribes} of Israel, out of every tribe a man.

tribes And Joshua said unto them, Pass over before the
ark

of the LORD your God into the midst of Jordan, and take you up
every

man of you a stone upon his shoulder, according unto the number
of

the {tribes} of the children of Israel:

tribes And the children of Israel did so as Joshua

commanded, and took up twelve stones out of the midst of Jordan,
as

the LORD spake unto Joshua, according to the number of the
{tribes}

of the children of Israel, and carried them over with them

unto the place where they lodged, and laid them down there.

tribes In the morning therefore ye shall be brought

according to your {tribes}: and it shall be, [that] the tribe
which

the LORD taketh shall come according to the families [thereof];
and

the family which the LORD shall take shall come by house

holds; and the household which the LORD shall take shall come
man by

man.

tribes So Joshua rose up early in the morning, and

brought Israel by their {tribes}; and the tribe of Judah was
taken:

tribes So Joshua took the whole land, according to
all

that the LORD said unto Moses; and Joshua gave it for an
inheritance

unto Israel according to their divisions by their {tribes}. And
the

land rested from war.

tribes And these [are] the kings of the country which

Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on
the

west, from Baalgad in the valley of Lebanon even unto the mount

Halak, that goeth up to Seir; which Joshua gave unto the {t

ribes} of Israel [for] a possession according to their divisions;

tribes Now therefore divide this land for an
inheritance

unto the nine {tribes}, and the half tribe of Manasseh,

tribes And these [are the countries] which the
children

of Israel inherited in the land of Canaan, which Eleazar the
priest,

and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the

{tribes} of the children of Israel, distributed for inhe

ritance to them.

tribes By lot [was] their inheritance, as the LORD

commanded by the hand of Moses, for the nine {tribes}, and [for]
the

half tribe.

tribes For Moses had given the inheritance of two

{tribes} and an half tribe on the other side Jordan: but unto the

Levites he gave none inheritance among them.

tribes For the children of Joseph were two {tribes},

Manasseh and Ephraim: therefore they gave no part unto the
Levites

in the land, save cities to dwell [in], with their suburbs for
their

cattle and for their substance.

tribes And there remained among the children of Israel

seven {tribes}, which had not yet received their inheritance.

tribes These [are] the inheritances, which Eleazar
the

priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers
of

the {tribes} of the children of Israel, divided for an
inheritance

by lot in Shiloh before the LORD, at the door of the t

abernacle of the congregation. So they made an end of dividing
the

country.

tribes Then came near the heads of the fathers of the

Levites unto Eleazar the priest, and unto Joshua the son of Nun,
and

unto the heads of the fathers of the {tribes} of the children of

Israel;

tribes And Ain with her suburbs, and Juttah with her

suburbs, [and] Bethshemesh with her suburbs; nine cities out of

those two {tribes}.

tribes And with him ten princes, of each chief house
a

prince throughout all the {tribes} of Israel; and each one [was]
an

head of the house of their fathers among the thousands of Israel.

tribes Behold, I have divided unto you by lot these

nations that remain, to be an inheritance for your {tribes}, from

Jordan, with all the nations that I have cut off, even unto the

great sea westward.

tribes And Joshua gathered all the {tribes} of Israel
to

Shechem, and called for the elders of Israel, and for their
heads,

and for their judges, and for their officers; and they presented

themselves before God.

tribes In those days [there was] no king in Israel:
and

in those days the tribe of the Danites sought them an
inheritance to

dwell in; for unto that day [all their] inheritance had not
fallen

unto them among the {tribes} of Israel.

tribes And the chief of all the people, [even] of all
the

{tribes} of Israel, presented themselves in the assembly of the

people of God, four hundred thousand footmen that drew sword.

tribes And we will take ten men of an hundred
throughout

all the {tribes} of Israel, and an hundred of a thousand, and a

thousand out of ten thousand, to fetch victual for the people,
that

they may do, when they come to Gibeah of Benjamin, acc

ording to all the folly that they have wrought in Israel.

tribes And the {tribes} of Israel sent men through
all

the tribe of Benjamin, saying, What wickedness [is] this that is

done among you?

tribes And the children of Israel said, Who [is there]

among all the {tribes} of Israel that came not up with the

congregation unto the LORD? For they had made a great oath

concerning him that came not up to the LORD to Mizpeh, saying, He

shall

surely be put to death.

tribes And they said, What one [is there] of the
{tribes}

of Israel that came not up to Mizpeh to the LORD? And, behold,
there

came none to the camp from Jabeshgilead to the assembly.

tribes And the people repented them for Benjamin,

because that the LORD had made a breach in the {tribes} of
Israel.

tribes <1SA2 -28> And did I choose him out of all the {tribes} of

Israel [to be] my priest, to offer upon mine altar, to burn
incense,

to wear an ephod before me? and did I give unto the house of thy

father all the offerings made by fire of the children o

f Israel?

tribes <1SA9 -21> And Saul answered and said, [Am] not I a

Benjamite, of the smallest of the {tribes} of Israel? and my
family

the least of all the families of the tribe of Benjamin? wherefore

then speakest thou so to me?

tribes <1SA10 -19> And ye have this day rejected your God, who

himself saved you out of all your adversities and your
tribulations;

and ye have said unto him, [Nay], but set a king over us. Now

therefore present yourselves before the LORD by your {tribes}

, and by your thousands.

tribes <1SA10 -20> And when Samuel had caused all the {tribes} of

Israel to come near, the tribe of Benjamin was taken.

thine

unto

the children of Israel spake I a word with any of the {tribes} of

Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people Israel, saying, Why
build

ye not me an house of cedar?

tribes <2SA15 -2> And Absalom rose up early, and stood beside the

way of the gate: and it was [so], that when any man that had a

controversy came to the king for judgment, then Absalom called
unto

him, and said, Of what city [art] thou? And he said, Thy s

ervant [is] of one of the {tribes} of Israel.

tribes <2SA15 -10> But Absalom sent spies throughout all the

{tribes} of Israel, saying, As soon as ye hear the sound of the

trumpet, then ye shall say, Absalom reigneth in Hebron.

tribes <2SA19 -9> And all the people were at strife throughout
all

the {tribes} of Israel, saying, The king saved us out of the
hand of

our enemies, and he delivered us out of the hand of the
Philistines;

and now he is fled out of the land for Absalom.

tribes <2SA20 -14> And he went through all the {tribes} of Israel

unto Abel, and to Bethmaachah, and all the Berites: and they were

know the number of the people.

tribes <1KI8 -1> Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and

all the heads of the {tribes}, the chief of the fathers of the

tribes <1KI8 -16> Since the day that I brought forth my people

tribes <1KI11 -31> And he said to Jeroboam, Take thee ten pieces:

for thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel, Behold, I will rend
the

thee:

tribes <1KI11 -32> But he shall have one tribe for my servant

David's sake, and for Jerusalem's sake, the city which I have
chosen

out of all the {tribes} of Israel:)

tribes <1KI11 -35> But I will take the kingdom out of his son's

hand, and will give it unto thee, [even] ten {tribes}.

tribes <1KI14 -21> And Rehoboam the son of Solomon reigned in
Judah.

Rehoboam [was] forty and one years old when he began to reign,

all {tribes} of Israel, will I put my name for eve

er all the substance and possession of the king, and of his sons,

with the officers, and with the mighty men, and with all the
valiant

the

{tribes} of Israel, and the captains of thousands and of
hundreds,

with the rulers of the king's work, offered willingly,

tribes <2CH6 -5> Since the day that I brought forth my people
out of

the land of Egypt I chose no city among all the {tribes} of
Israel

to build an house in, that my name might be there; neither chose
I

any man to be a ruler over my people Israel:

tribes <2CH11 -16> And after them out of all the {tribes} of
Israel

such as set their hearts to seek the LORD God of Israel came to

Jerusalem, to sacrifice unto the LORD God of their fathers.

tribes <2CH12 -13> So king Rehoboam strengthened himself in

of Israel, to put his name there. And his mother's name [was]
Naamah

an Ammonitess.

tribes <2CH33 -7> And he set a carved image, the idol which he
had

made, in the house of God, of which God had said to David and to

Solomon his son, In this house, and in Jerusalem, which I have

chosen before all the {tribes} of Israel, will I put my name

for ever:

God

an hundred bullocks, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs; and
for a

number of the {tribes} of Israel.

tribes He cast out the heathen also before them, and

divided them an inheritance by line, and made the {tribes} of
Israel

to dwell in their tents.

tribes He brought them forth also with silver and
gold:

and [there was] not one feeble [person] among their {tribes}.

tribes Whither the tribes go up, the {tribes} of the

LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name
of

the LORD.

tribes Whither the {tribes} go up, the tribes of the

LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name
of

the LORD.

tribes The princes of Zoan are become fools, the
princes

of Noph are deceived; they have also seduced Egypt, [even they
that

are] the stay of the {tribes} thereof.

tribes And he said, It is a light thing that thou

shouldest be my servant to raise up the {tribes} of Jacob, and to

restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a

tribes O LORD, why hast thou made us to err from thy

ways, [and] hardened our heart from thy fear? Return for thy

servants' sake, the {tribes} of thine inheritance.

tribes Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD;
Behold, I

will take the stick of Joseph, which [is] in the hand of Ephraim,

and the {tribes} of Israel his fellows, and will put them with
him,

[even] with the stick of Judah, and make them one st

ick, and they shall be one in mine hand.

and

my princes shall no more oppress my people; and [the rest of] the

land shall they give to the house of Israel according to their

{tribes}.

tribes Thus saith the Lord GOD; This [shall be] the

border, whereby ye shall inherit the land according to the twelve

{tribes} of Israel: Joseph [shall have two] portions.

tribes So shall ye divide this land unto you
according

to the {tribes} of Israel.

tribes And it shall come to pass, [that] ye shall
divide

it by lot for an inheritance unto you, and to the strangers that

sojourn among you, which shall beget children among you: and they

shall be unto you as born in the country among the chil

dren of Israel; they shall have inheritance with you among the

{tribes} of Israel.

tribes Now these [are] the names of the {tribes}. From

the north end to the coast of the way of Hethlon, as one goeth to

Hamath, Hazarenan, the border of Damascus northward, to the
coast of

Hamath; for these are his sides east [and] west; a [po

tribes And they that serve the city shall serve it
out

of all the {tribes} of Israel.

tribes As for the rest of the {tribes}, from the east

side unto the west side, Benjamin [shall have] a [portion].

tribes This [is] the land which ye shall divide by
lot

unto the {tribes} of Israel for inheritance, and these [are]
their

portions, saith the Lord GOD.

tribes And the gates of the city [shall be] after the

names of the {tribes} of Israel: three gates northward; one gate
of

Reuben, one gate of Judah, one gate of Levi.

tribes Ephraim shall be desolate in the day of rebuke:

among the {tribes} of Israel have I made known that which shall

surely be.

tribes Thy bow was made quite naked, [according] to the

oaths of the {tribes}, [even thy] word. Selah. Thou didst cleave
the

earth with rivers.

tribes The burden of the word of the LORD in the land
of

Hadrach, and Damascus [shall be] the rest thereof: when the eyes
of

man, as of all the {tribes} of Israel, [shall be] toward the
LORD.

tribes And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto
you,

That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son
of

man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon

twelve thrones, judging the twelve {tribes} of Israel.

tribes And then shall appear the sign of the Son of
man

in heaven: and then shall all the {tribes} of the earth mourn,
and

they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with

power and great glory.

tribes That ye may eat and drink at my table in my

kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve {tribes} of
Israel.

tribes Unto which promise] our twelve {tribes},

king Agrippa, I am accused of the Jews.

tribes James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus

Christ, to the twelve {tribes} which are scattered abroad,
